This is a complete ceremonial container, held from arrival to departure. A curated musical landscape accompanies your entire journey, supporting each phase of the work.
From the moment you arrive, a hot foot bath and guided meditation transition you from the pace of your day into the presence of your body. Then you move into the swing, reconnecting with your fluid body as gravity and fascial intelligence dance through your whole system.
Suspended and fully held, you meet attuned bodywork experience built since 2005. The work continues on the ground through Osteo-Thai bodywork, structural integration, and deep tissue work. Rooted in decades of study under master teachers. Precision. Presence. Care.
You receive embodiment practices and tools to carry the work forward. There is always tea, and always time to integrate.
